Thank you for visiting the Northeast United Soccer Club web site! We hope the information in these pages portrays...

The Northeast United Soccer Club is an established, process orientated, athletic environment. Our teams are powerful vehicles for developing life skills such as teamwork, dedication, and goal setting.

Children have the opportunity to make new friends, learn new skills, and develop new interests. We encourage parents, children, and coaches to work together to provide this rewarding environment.

The volunteers of the Northeast Soccer Club are dedicated to providing fundamental lessons for positive lifelong experiences in sport and future competitive play.

Coaches of Pony, First and Second grade teams:

We all have been thrust into an unprecedented situation...schools have been closed, businesses are either closed or have restricted hours, restaurants are limited to drive thru or pick up of orders...none of this was planned for, nor expected...however...this is our current reality.

That being said, after much discussion, NEU has determined that the spring soccer season for Pony, first and second grade teams must be cancelled...with the limitation of the number of people who can gather, and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment determining that Johnson County has reach the level of community transmission, we could not in good faith continue with plans for the season. Keeping players, coaches, game officials and family and other fans safe and healthy is our first priority.

Please let Pam Drummond know (neuponysoccer@yahoo.com) if you would like your checks returned to you for distribution to parents or if we shred them. Please give us some time to accomplish this task...

At this time, we are planning for the fall season...with the understanding that we aren't sure what will happen tomorrow or next week...with regards to Covid-19 and the restrictions put in place by governmental and health care agencies...so stay tuned.

Information on the fall season will come to you via email in late June/early July...and will be based on the information and directives that are in place at that time...

If you are a Pony or Pre-K team, please gather your equipment and return it to Bryan Hastert's house (7112 Nall)..Please be sure that you put your name on a piece of paper in the goal bag...so we can get them checked in, that would be a great help. You can leave them along the side of the garage on the north side of the house.

Thank you to all of you for your patience and understanding in this time of uncertainty. We hope to see all of you in the fall, in the mean time, remember to follow the guidelines, hand washing, social distancing, so that you and your family remain healthy.
